Animal Communication Marie-Claire Bernards, M.Ed
Animal comes from the Latin root, anima, meaning life principle, breath, air, soul, living being. It is the essence of who our animal friends are as well as us humans (being animals as well.)
Restoring our natural ability to connect and communicate with all living beings, including ourselves, is at the heart of intuitive development including animal communication. This communication raises the vibration of individuals and the planet. Higher vibration equals enhanced love, clarity, healing, harmony, joy, inspiration, solutions, action and peace.
When we think, act, believe, and feel our connection to All That Is and our ultimate Divinity, we come from a centered place of compassion, understanding and love. Being offended, defensive, irritated, vengeful, feeling that we are “right,” is of lower energies and increases the illusory belief that we are separate.
Our planet is no longer tolerating lower energies. It is time to raise our vibration through loving ourselves enough to see how we are all one pulse in this magnificent, friendly, supportive universe.
The Universe communicates with vibration and pictures. Communication is being open to the impressions, thoughts, feelings, pictures of another being and allowing them freedom of expression. Here, our focus is animals.
Key points of animal communication:
1. Animals are equal to us in value, sophistication, complexity, intelligence, ability and deserve the opportunity to have their perspective, experiences and points of view heard, validated, shared, and received as relevant.
2. Know that you are naturally wired to communicate as a sender and receiver of thoughts, feelings, impressions, energy, and pictures. You have the ability. You already communicate with your animal friends. Practice, practice, practice. Be light hearted with this. Start with a friend’s animal friend. As patterns are not yet formed with them.
3. Never use your ability to communicate with your animal friends to discipline, make fun of, or punish. If you want to know why your animal friend did something you are interpreting as undesirable, just ask. There is always a motive, stimulus, reason.
4. Activities that will increase your abilities: Breathe, be still, meditate, and quiet the mental chatter. Focus into your body. Be aware of what you are feeling, thinking. What state are your vibes in? Increase your awareness and enhance your 5 senses. This will increase your ability to feel and interpret with your heart and spirit, not just your mind or ego.
5. Ask, be open to receive, honor and do not mentally judge, categorize, analyze what you get as good or bad, correct or incorrect. Allow your animal friend to openly exchange information with you. Often our animal friends are spiritual teachers in animal form. They teach us to live in the present moment, forgive easily, love unconditionally, remember to play, eat well, and get enough sleep and not take this life too seriously.
