This is a 60 minute reflexology session which includes a relaxing foot bath.
You remain fully dressed, only your feet are uncovered. The finger pressure on the different reflex points on your feet stimulates your own body's healing power. There is a mini-map of your body (internal and external organs and parts) on your feet, ears, and hands. When these areas are reflexed there is a release and balancing that occurs. The number one benefit of reflexology is stress reduction. Just by suspending or stopping the stress response for a little bit, allows the body the opportunity to bring healing benefit to itself. I am a student of the Seattle Reflexology School. Please research reflexology, check with your doctor, and see if you are a canidate for enjoying the benefits of reflexology.
